  • Calm Design Session

    15 MAY · 10:30 - 12:30
    Montoya Studios

An intimate session on designing for attention and care. This in-person session is for designers who want to think more deeply about the impact of what they build.

Together, we’ll explore what it really means to design for calm today, when most products compete for attention, speed, and constant engagement.

Part conversation, part hands-on practice, the session is slower and more reflective than a typical workshop or lecture.

  • To be announced

    JUNE 2026

A special cinema room is the scenery of the screening of talks in renowned festivals.

Followed by a dialogue on the topic, the conversation focuses on discussing the ideas presented in the talks.

  • : A Book Conversation

    25 JUNE · 18:00 - 19:00
    Backstory Bookshop

An ongoing series where the conversation around a design book is the lens to reflect on our practice.

Our coming session will explore The New Designer by Manuel Lima, how design expands beyond products and services, and its responsibility in shaping society's ethics, and the challenges of our time.

New Leadership styles, support & mentoring

The diverse levels of seniority can be significant differences in years of experience, making it challenging to find common ground or ensure everyone feels their contributions are valued.
It’s about the “how” of leadership: from managing up, down, and sideways, to shaping strategy, building relationships, and navigating real-world challenges.

▪ Reflection workshops
▪ Group coaching focused on self-assessment
▪ Guest talks on career progression, leadership styles, and team dynamics ▪ Mentor, and be mentored

Ethical Design & Social Innovation

Being future-ready is an ongoing process. An active pursuit of developing new expertise or qualifications to enhance your skills, expand your capabilities, and remain a valuable member of the workforce.
Future readiness is about more than just keeping up. It’s about being open to change with new trends and tools, leading the way by being adaptable, curious, and proactive in our growth.

▪ Debate-style sessions on the evolving role of design ▪ Guest expert talks on emerging technologies and possible futures
▪ Design Labs of new design tools and methodologies

Connected Wisdom &
New Perspectives

Networking for knowledge sharing is not just about accumulating contacts; it’s about building meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships.
It requires active participation, genuine interest in others’ perspectives, and a willingness to contribute to the collective pool of knowledge.

▪ Collaborative brainstorm to tackle design challenges together
▪ Design critique where members share real-world experiences, and offer actionable feedback.
